Round up your friends, family, gym buddies, colleagues, or running club and register as a team! Not only will you keep each other motivated, but the team with the most members signed up will score an exclusive VIP tent on race day, complete with exclusive perks!

How to get involved:

Register for your race of choice
Select your team under the 'Join A Team' tab on the registration page. If you can’t see your team name in the “Join A Team” tab, select the “Create A New Team” tab and enter the team’s name as part of your registration for the race.
Fill out your details to complete the registration process.

Run with your School

Get your school involved in this year’s McGrath Wollongong Running Festival! Our festival offers age-appropriate races designed to inspire and challenge children in a fun, supportive environment.

How to get your school involved:

Did you know: The school with the highest number of student registrations will win $500 and the Wollongong Running Festival perpetual trophy!

*Children aged 5 to 12 can participate in the Peoplecare 2km Kids Fun Run, with adults welcome to run alongside the child at no additional cost by nominating during registration. Children aged 10 and above who can run independently are also eligible for the 5km Fun Run

Run with your Colleagues

The Wollongong Running Festival Corporate Initiative promotes staff wellbeing, fitness and engagement at work. There will be a fantastic wellness package, sponsored by SAVVY, valued up to $1,000 for the corporate team with the most participants, as well as the inaugural perpetual trophy that you won’t want to miss out on.

How do I enter a team in the Wollongong Running Festival?

You can register a team online by selecting “Create a Team” during registration or joining an existing one.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of team members?

No minimum—bring as many teammates as you like! The more, the merrier (and the better your chances of winning prizes).

Why should my run club enter as a team?
